The Lampert Debt Xchange (“LDX”) is the first and leading secondary market focusing on private corporate debt. Whether selling notes, selling a tiered participation (i.e. first out or last out), or the exchange of seasoned debt, LDX provides a centralized market for qualified institutional participants to buy and sell private debt investments. 

The private debt market is the predominant financing source for many companies throughout all industries. Although private corporate debt as an investment class has grown rapidly over the previous decade, the market remains illiquid and opaque. LDX provides Buyers with the ability to source opportunities and deploy capital in accordance with the requirements of their respective capital sources, and provides Sellers with a marketplace to sell or syndicate debt investments to a critical mass of Qualified Institutional Buyers.
